Privacy notice
1. Controller
FreedomGRESS GmbH, Anne-Conway-Straße 1, DE-28359 Bremen. Managing Director: Evgeny Eliseev · post@freedom-gress.com. Full details in the imprint.
2. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and embeds no third-party services. There is therefore no cookie banner: there is nothing that would require consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG.
Google Analytics, advertising pixels and comparable services are not in use. Should we introduce such services, a consent banner will appear beforehand and this notice will be updated in advance.
3. Audience measurement
We count visits with our own measurement, which stores nothing on your device: no cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting. Recorded are the page path, the referring domain, the interface language, a device class (mobile, tablet, desktop) and the time. Returning visits within one day are counted through a hash of IP address, browser signature and a salt that is replaced every night; the IP address and browser signature themselves are never stored, and recognition across days is technically impossible. Raw events are deleted after seven days, only daily totals remain. No third party is involved and no data leaves our server. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a data-minimal measurement of our own reach).
The browser signals Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected: with either active, nothing is recorded. You can also switch the measurement off yourself — the link sits in the footer of every page. Your choice is kept in your browser and is not sent to us.
4. Server log files
When the site is accessed, our web server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, date and time, requested resource, HTTP status code, volume transferred, referrer and user agent. Purpose: delivery of the page, operational security and abuse prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Retention: 14 days, then automatic deletion.
5. Enquiries
If you write to us through the form or by email, we process the details you provide — name, contact data, organisation and your message — in order to handle the enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention periods apply.
6. Hosting
The site is operated at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in a data centre in Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. No transfer to third countries takes place.
7. Email delivery
Notifications about incoming enquiries are sent using Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place; processing takes place within the European Union.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) (Art. 21). Please contact us at the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.
